The DAWN OF THE DEAD BRIDGE has been SAVED!


Here's the BIG news all of you have been waiting for!
IT'S OFFICIAL! WE HAVE SAVED THE BRIDGE!
It's new home has been announced as the Heinz History Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
THIS WEDNESDAY at 11am it will be presented to the Heinz History Center in a special ceremony at the Monroeville Mall. Please go down to witness this event if you have the time. All the local tv stations that ran news stories will be there covering this story that has touched so many people.

Zombies Will Help Move Historic “Dawn of the Dead” Footbridge From Monroeville Mall to Its Final Resting Place.
WHO: Kelly Rodacay, Assistant General Manager/Specialty Leasing; Lauren Uhl, Project Manager, Senator John Heinz History Center; Kevin Kriess, Living Dead Museum Curator; “Machete Zombie” Lenny Lies; local film celebrities and Zombies
WHAT: The beloved footbridge aka “Zombie Bridge” from Director George Romero’s 1978 classic horror film “Dawn of the Dead,” will be packed up and moved to its final resting place – the Senator John Heinz History Center. The dismembered bridge and final set piece of Pittsburgh cinematic history will be moved by a ghoulish troupe of zombies.
WHEN: Wednesday, July 22, 2015 @11 a.m.
WHERE: Monroeville Mall, Upper Level – JCPenny hallway next to Party City.
